Rick\u2019s entire multi-decade career has been spent in the technology services industry. He has worked for leading technology <\/span>OEM\u2019s<\/span> in the<\/span>ir<\/span> service organization, or has worked for leading Technology Services companies, supporting OEM\u2019s<\/span>. <\/span>PROTECT THE BRAND<\/span>, is Rick\u2019s personal rallying cry<\/span>.<\/span> <\/span>\u201cOur clients\u2019 brands and reputations are possibly their most valuable assets. Our company recognizes th<\/span>is<\/span> and provides a level of service on behalf of our clients that increases THEIR valu<\/span>e proposition and brand reputation.\u201d <\/span><\/p>

Rick has built and lead Service Teams for such notable industry leaders such as Sun Microsystems, IBM (NULOGIX), <\/span>DecisionOne<\/span> and Customer Engineering Services. Rick\u2019s most recent role was the President of 1272 Services Consulting, where the focus was helping service organizations with service revenue growth initiatives.<\/span><\/p>

Rick did start his career as a Field Service Technician when 24k was a lot of CPU storage, and 2.1 meg was a LOT of disc storage!<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
