We provide on-site services, including break/fix, proactive maintenance, IMAC ( Installation, moves, adds, and changes), smart hands, and asset inventory services.

Our Team

Rick’s entire multi-decade career has been spent in the technology services industry. He has worked for leading technology OEM’s in their service organization, or has worked for leading Technology Services companies, supporting OEM’s. PROTECT THE BRAND, is Rick’s personal rallying cry. “Our clients’ brands and reputations are possibly their most valuable assets. Our company recognizes this and provides a level of service on behalf of our clients that increases THEIR value proposition and brand reputation.”

Rick has built and lead Service Teams for such notable industry leaders such as Sun Microsystems, IBM (NULOGIX), DecisionOne and Customer Engineering Services. Rick’s most recent role was the President of 1272 Services Consulting, where the focus was helping service organizations with service revenue growth initiatives.

Rick did start his career as a Field Service Technician when 24k was a lot of CPU storage, and 2.1 meg was a LOT of disc storage!
